How long does implementation really take?
It depends on how clean your current books are and how much history you bring across. A straightforward set of books can be live within a week; a business with stock, multiple warehouses and payroll should plan for a few weeks.
What systems do you migrate from?
We have guided migrations for Sage, Xero and QuickBooks. For anything else — Pastel, Syspro, SAP Business One or a set of spreadsheets — we map your export into our Excel and CSV import with you.
Will I lose any historical data?
No. We migrate your complete financial history — transactions, invoices, payments, customer records, everything. Your audit trail remains intact.
Do I need technical knowledge?
Not at all. Khula ERP is designed for business owners, not IT specialists. If you can use email, you can use Khula.
What if I need help after going live?
Support is included in every plan, by email, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm SAST. While we are small you are talking to the people who build Khula, not a call centre.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
