Our Story
South African businesses run their finance, stock, people and compliance across a patchwork: an accounting package, a few spreadsheets, a payroll bureau, and a bookkeeper who visits monthly. The enterprise systems that claim to fix it are priced for corporates and take months to implement.
Khula is the other answer: one integrated system covering finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, HR, projects and compliance, built for South African tax and reporting from the ground up rather than localised afterwards.
We are pre-launch. The product is substantial and most of it is finished, but we are onboarding businesses one at a time while we complete the last modules — and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.
That question led to Khula ERP - “Khula” meaning “grow” in Zulu. We believe the right software shouldn't just manage your business, it should help it grow.
